If you are abreast to the bountiful rumors on the latest sneaker releases, you most likely heard the term Chromeball Incident. Set to launch as part of the Nike SB exclusive line-up, one version of the innuendo had the name derived from an olde comic stripe by legendary skater, Neil Blender. The other, oddly enough, had the sneakers’ design fashioned after the classic Airwalk Enigma. (there is an uncanny resemblance of the two) Whatever the backstory might be, it does make an intriguing read.
